About Us
Sages & Souls is a handcrafted fine jewelry brand rooted in spiritual symbolism and artisanal craftsmanship. All products are made to order.
Sages & Souls is operated by Blue Ladder Ltd (Company No. 515547248), a registered company in Israel.
Product Availability & Made-to-Order Process
All pieces are made to order; we do not keep finished inventory in stock.
Production begins shortly after an order has been placed and payment has been received. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has begun, made-to-order items cannot be cancelled except where required by applicable law.
Please allow approximately 3 weeks (up to 21 business days) for production. We strive to complete each order as efficiently as possible while maintaining our quality standards.
Due to the handcrafted nature of our jewelry, slight variations in metal texture, gemstone tone, or finish may occur. These variations are not considered defects, but part of the unique character of each piece.
We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer or cancel an order at our discretion (including, but not limited to, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or material unavailability).
Pricing & Currency
All prices on this website are listed in New Israeli Shekels (ILS).
For international customers, prices may be displayed in United States Dollars (USD) or other currencies using an automatic currency conversion tool for convenience.
Please note that all transactions are processed in New Israeli Shekels (ILS) at checkout.
The converted price shown in other currencies is an estimated value based on current exchange rates and may vary slightly depending on the payment provider or bank used by the customer.
For customers in Israel, prices displayed on the website already include 18% VAT in accordance with Israeli law. No additional VAT will be added at checkout.
International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes applicable in their country.
We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.
Payments
We accept payment through Shopify Payments (via Tranzila and Payplus), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Orders will only be processed once full payment has been successfully received.
All transactions are securely processed through SSL-encrypted checkout.
Age limit
This store is intended for customers aged 18 and over.
Shipping
Each order is handcrafted and shipped after the production period (approximately 3 weeks).
We ship internationally using secure, trackable, and insured shipping methods.
Shipping times vary by destination and do not include production time.
Worldwide shipping is free, unless otherwise stated.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier disruptions, or force majeure events.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each piece is handcrafted to order and produced according to the customer’s selected specifications, our return policy reflects the bespoke nature of our jewelry.
Exchanges & Store Credit (7 Days)
We offer exchanges or store credit within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

The item is unworn and unused

It is returned in its original packaging

Once received and inspected, we may offer:

An exchange for another available piece

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Cancellation in Accordance with Israeli Consumer Protection Law
In accordance with Section 14C(d) of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, items that are custom-made and produced according to the customer’s selected specifications are not eligible for cancellation once production has begun.
Where cancellation is applicable under the law (for items not considered custom-made), the company reserves the right to charge cancellation fees as permitted by law.
European Union Customers
Customers residing in the European Union may request cancellation of their order within 24 hours of purchase.
As all Sages & Souls jewelry is handcrafted and made to order, production begins shortly after an order is placed. Once production has begun, made-to-order, personalized, engraved, or custom-sized items are considered final sale and are not eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange, except where required by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under the laws of the customer's country of residence.
Final Sale Items
The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:
• Engraved or personalized pieces
• Custom-designed or specially commissioned items
• Rings produced in a specific size
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Items purchased at a discount greater than 15%
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives defective or incorrect, please contact us at hello@sagesandsouls.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Upon approval, we will arrange repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
Return shipping costs for approved defective items will be covered by us.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including images, product names, text, logos, designs, and branding elements — is the exclusive property of Blue Ladder Ltd and may not be used, copied, reproduced, distributed, or modified without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
We make every effort to ensure product accuracy, pricing, and availability. However, we do not guarantee that all content on this website is error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blue Ladder Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Israel.
