Shipping & Returns Policy – Sages & Souls

At Sages & Souls, every piece of jewelry is handcrafted to order with care and intention. We are committed to transparency in both our shipping and returns processes so that you can shop with confidence.
All orders are processed and fulfilled by Blue Ladder Ltd (Company No. 515547248), Israel.
Shipping Policy
1. Production Time
As all jewelry is made to order, please allow up to 21 business days (3 weeks) for production before your item is shipped. We always do our best to expedite the process.
2. Shipping & Delivery Estimates

Israel: 1–3 business days (express courier) → Total estimated delivery: 3 weeks + 1–3 days

USA & Europe (EU and non-EU, including UK, Switzerland, Norway, etc.): 2–3 business days → Total estimated delivery: 3 weeks + 2–3 days

Far East, Africa, Latin America & Other Destinations: 3–7 business days → Total estimated delivery: 3 weeks + 3–7 days
Note: Remote or less-accessible destinations may require additional transit time.
3. VAT & Import Duties
Orders are shipped worldwide in USD. For Israeli customers, 18% VAT will be added at checkout. Final billing will appear in NIS on your bank or credit card statement, according to your provider’s exchange rate. For international customers, import duties or taxes imposed by your local authorities are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
- 4. Delivery Restrictions
Due to courier limitations or trade restrictions, we cannot ship to:
Russia, Belarus, Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, Yemen, Saudi Arabia, Algeria, Tunisia, Mauritania, Iran, Pakistan, Indonesia, Malaysia, and other sanctioned regions.
We ship worldwide to all other supported destinations, including the USA, Europe, Israel, Far East, Africa, Latin America, UAE, Bahrain, Morocco, Jordan, and Egypt.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
1. Returns
We accept returns only for defective or incorrect products.
All our jewelry is handcrafted and made to order. In accordance with Israeli Consumer Protection Law, items that are custom-made (Made-to-Order) are not eligible for return or exchange once production has begun, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or error in the order.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@sagesandsouls.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange repair, replacement, or resolution.
Approved defective returns will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion.
Return shipping for defective products will be covered by us.
2. Exchanges
We accept exchanges (for example, resizing) under the following conditions:

You contact us within 7 days of delivery

The item is unworn, unused, and in original condition

Exchanges are not accepted for engraved, customized, or specially commissioned designs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable resizing/reproduction fees

Exchanges are subject to availability and workshop scheduling
3. Final Sale Items
Because each piece is handcrafted to your chosen size, metal color, and gemstone, all items are considered final sale unless defective or incorrect.
