At Sages & Souls, every piece of jewelry is handcrafted to order with care and intention. We are committed to transparency in both our shipping and returns processes so that you can shop with confidence.

🚚 Shipping Policy

1. Production Time

As all jewelry is made to order, please allow approximately 3 weeks for production before your item is shipped. We will do our best to expedite the process. To learn more about how we craft each piece, visit our Jewelry Care page.

2. Shipping & Delivery Estimates

  • Israel

    • Shipping: 1–3 business days (express courier)

    • Total estimated delivery: 3 weeks + 1–3 business days

  • USA & Europe (EU and non-EU, including UK, Switzerland, Norway, etc.)

    • Shipping: 2–3 business days (express courier)

    • Total estimated delivery: 3 weeks + 2–3 business days

  • Far East, Africa, Latin America & Other Destinations

    • Shipping: 3–7 business days (express courier)

    • Total estimated delivery: 3 weeks + 3–7 business days

Note: Remote or less-accessible destinations may require additional transit time.

3. VAT & Import Duties

  • Israel: 18% VAT will be added at checkout.

  • International: All customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

4. Delivery Restrictions

Due to courier limitations or trade restrictions, we are unable to ship to the following destinations:

  • Russia and Belarus

  • Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, Yemen

  • Saudi Arabia, Algeria, Tunisia, Mauritania

  • Iran, Pakistan, Indonesia, Malaysia

  • Other sanctioned or embargoed regions as designated by international carriers

We ship worldwide to all other supported destinations, including USA, Europe, Israel, Far East, Africa, Latin America, UAE, Bahrain, Morocco, Jordan, and Egypt.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges Policy

1. Returns

  • We accept returns only for defective or incorrect products.

  • If your item arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@sagesandsouls.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

  • Approved defective returns will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion.

  • Return shipping for defective products will be covered by us.

2. Exchanges

We accept exchanges (for example, resizing) under the following conditions:

  • You contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • The item is unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable resizing/reproduction fees

  • Exchanges are subject to availability and workshop scheduling

3. Final Sale Items

Because each piece is handcrafted to your chosen size, metal color, and gemstone, all purchases are considered final sale. General returns or refunds are not accepted.
