We use only solid 14K gold (never plated) in three finishes: yellow, white, and rose. Gemstones include high-quality natural diamonds, sapphires, emeralds, and rubies.
Yes, we work with natural, responsibly sourced gemstones. Each stone is carefully chosen for its color, energy, and clarity.
Yes. Most of our collections are designed to honor your personal story. You may choose the Hebrew letter, Kabbalistic name, or symbol that speaks to your soul.
In select cases, yes. We invite you to reach out with your vision. Custom engraving, Hebrew names, or alternative stone choices are considered based on feasibility and design harmony.
Each piece is made to order. Please allow approximately 3 weeks for production. We do everything we can to expedite the process without compromising quality.
Yes. Once your piece ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information and delivery estimates.
Due to the made-to-order nature of our jewelry, orders are considered final once placed. Cancellations are not accepted after 24 hours.
Yes, we ship worldwide, free of charge.

Israeli customers: 18% VAT is added at checkout.
International customers:
You are responsible for any local customs duties, VAT, or import taxes in your country.
All sales are final, as each piece is custom made. We do not accept returns.
We offer a one-time ring size exchange, subject to approval. The ring must be unworn, and the customer covers shipping and potential remake fees.
If your piece is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will make it right.
We recommend storing your piece in a soft cloth pouch or box, away from humidity and chemicals. Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wear.
Though solid gold is water-safe, we advise removing your jewelry when swimming, showering, or sleeping to protect the finish and gemstones.
With proper care, your piece will retain its brilliance. Like all natural materials, gemstones may shift in tone with wear, and gold may develop a soft patina a mark of real life and beauty.
